I cracked the glass on my iPhone when I dropped it flat on its screen on a concrete driveway. I found Ned on the internet and he took my call. He was willing to meet me that very same evening and performed the work skillfully. In no time at all I was on my way for an $80 charge (compared to a $199 quote at the Apple Store).
